$100 Diagnostic/Trip Charge $125/hour plus parts

Overtime: 1.5X normal rate

Weekend and emergency services are available, overtime rates do apply. Please call for more information.

Prior to calling for service we recommend checking settings on the thermostat, check circuit breakers, and air filters.

If the A/C unit is iced up turn the system switch to off and turn the fan switch to on. The ice will be melted by the time the technician arrives.

HVAC MAINTENENCE AGREEMENT

Why should I consider a heating and air conditioning maintenance agreement? It is important to maintain your HVAC system so it can operate at peak efficiency, saving you energy as well as reducing emergency repairs. It is also required by most system manufacturers for them to honor the parts warranty. Our lives are so busy it is easy to forget about our heat and air conditioning until something breaks.  By having an annual Maintenance Agreement, you won’t need to give it a second thought.  Joe Cool HVAC will contact you twice a year (in the spring and fall) to schedule maintenance at a time that will work for you and your family (during normal business hours).

And if you have a maintenance related breakdown within 60 days, we will deduct the cost of maintenance on that system from the repair bill.

THINGS YOU CAN DO TO HELP MAINTAIN YOUR HVAC SYSTEM:

• Change air filters regularly.
• Never run your heat or a/c without an air filter.
• Keep debris, such as grass clippings and leaves away from outdoor unit.
• Do not plant bushes or vines too close to outdoor unit.
• Do not bury or cover condensate (water) drain with mulch or dirt.
• Have a professional HVAC contractor perform annual heating and cooling maintenance.
